A Space Where You Don't Have to Explain or Defend Who You Are.
Finding a therapist who truly sees you — your identity, your culture, your lived experience — shouldn't be hard. But for many LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC clients, and immigrants, therapy spaces haven't always felt safe, affirming, or even relevant to what they're actually navigating. You deserve a space where you can show up fully, without having to first educate your therapist or brace for misunderstanding.
I work from a social justice, allyship, and anti-racist framework — meaning I don't view your identity as separate from your mental health, and I don't expect you to leave parts of yourself at the door. Whether you're navigating identity, family or cultural expectations, discrimination, immigration-related stress, or simply want a therapist who understands the broader context you're living in, this work starts with respect for who you are and what you've experienced.
This is an ongoing commitment, not a box to check. I continue to learn, listen, and grow in this work, and I welcome the chance to support you with humility, care, and genuine curiosity about your story — not assumptions about it.
You deserve care that affirms you, not care you have to brace yourself for. Let's work together in a space built on respect, safety, and understanding.
