Strengthen Your Bonds. Improve Communication. Heal Together.
Every family has its own rhythm — and sometimes that rhythm gets disrupted. Maybe conversations with your child or teen end in shouting matches or silence. Maybe you feel like you're walking on eggshells, or like the closeness you used to have has quietly slipped away. Whatever it looks like in your home, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Family therapy isn't about pointing fingers or deciding who's "right." It's about creating a space where every voice is heard — parents and kids alike — and where old patterns can be understood instead of repeated. Together, we'll look at how your family communicates, where misunderstandings tend to show up, and what's really underneath the conflict: what each person is trying to say, and what roles or expectations might be fueling the tension. Drawing on Family Systems theory and structural approaches to therapy, I help families move out of reactive cycles — the shouting matches, the shutdowns, the walking on eggshells — and into healthier, more connected ways of relating.
For parents who are separated or divorced, I also offer co-parenting mediation. This isn't about resolving the romantic relationship — it's about creating a respectful, consistent, and child-focused approach to co-parenting, even when things are difficult between you. My goal is to help you communicate more effectively and keep your children's wellbeing at the center of every decision.
And for parents who want to feel more confident day-to-day, I offer parenting skills coaching focused on child development and practical strategies for connecting with your child — from toddlerhood through the late teen years. We'll talk through what's developmentally typical for your child's age and stage, and build a toolkit of approaches that actually fit your child's temperament and your family's values, so you're not just reacting in the moment but parenting with intention.
Whether you're working through ongoing conflict, co-parenting after separation, or simply want more confidence and connection in your role as a parent, this is a space for your family to repair, learn, and grow — together.
Your family's connection is worth protecting. Let's work together to bring more peace, understanding, and closeness back into your home.
