Life gets complicated. Sometimes it's one thing — a loss, a diagnosis, a relationship fracturing at the seams. Sometimes it's a slow accumulation of everything, and you're not even sure where to start.
Individual counseling is a space to figure that out, at your own pace, with someone who's actually paying attention.
I work with children, teens, and adults across a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression and mood disorders, including bipolar disorder
Trauma and PTSD
Infidelity and relationship repair
Adjustment issues — major life transitions, grief, identity shifts
Family and relationship challenges
My approach is integrative, which means I don't run every client through the same script. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based practices — and I use what actually fits you, not what's easiest to apply across the board.
