Drawing from my training as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer life coaching that blends practical strategy with emotional insight—helping you move beyond feeling stuck into empowered action.

Cognitive restructuring (from CBT), solution-focused strategies, values clarification, mindfulness practices, narrative coaching, and motivational interviewing. Parent Coaching
Confident Parenting with Compassion and Structure
Parenting doesn’t come with a manual—but support can make all the difference. Parent coaching helps you respond to challenges with greater confidence, calm, and connection. Grounded in developmental understanding and family systems theory, I work with you to build practical strategies that work for your unique child and family dynamic.
Areas of focus include:
Managing tantrums, emotional outbursts, and behavioral challenges
Setting boundaries and creating consistent routines
Strengthening attachment and parent-child connection
Navigating co-parenting or blended family dynamics
Parenting children with anxiety, ADHD, or emotional sensitivity
Approaches and tools may include:
Emotion Coaching, Positive Discipline, Collaborative Problem Solving, attachment-based parenting, mindfulness techniques, and psychoeducation on child development and nervous system regulation. You’ll gain tools that not only address current issues but foster long-term emotional resilience—for both you and your child.
