From early childhood through adolescence, we explore age-appropriate expectations, developmental needs, and strategies that support healthy growth and secure attachment.
Parent-Child Communication
Learn how to communicate in ways that foster trust, emotional safety, and cooperation. We focus on listening, boundary-setting, and repairing disconnection when it happens.
Behavior & Regulation Support
Move beyond power struggles. Gain practical, research-informed tools for managing behavior, reducing conflict, and supporting emotional regulation—especially during challenging moments.
Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being
Understand how stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm show up in children and parents alike. Learn ways to support resilience, emotional awareness, and overall family well-being.

About the Facilitator
Workshops are led by Kimberly Baker, Resident Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Serene Seas Counseling, with extensive experience supporting families, caregivers, and children across developmental stages. Kimberly brings a calm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental approach grounded in attachment, systems theory, and real-world parenting experience.
